There was a time inconvenience , but Thanh did provided another alternative as the care service wasn’t done at the promise time.He did provided great customer service. I also acknowledge that he is not at fault for the miss communication from the technician.

One of the main reasons we are loyal to Honda, specifically this location, is Benito. His expertise, knowledge, and humble approach makes our experience an amazing one. We’ve purchased several cars here and even though there are 3 Honda dealers closer to our home, we make the drive here because of him. Thank you for your service Benito!

Service advisor promise to return all uninstalled parts to me when I drop off my Pilot for timing belt kit replacement, technician gave me other car uninstalled parts at my pickup. Our dealership loss credit for breaking our business promise. What is the difference between us and other small workshop if we cheat customers for major maintenance service????????

Michael Barr is a lifesaver! I arrived without an appointment and he was able to ensure my car was serviced in a timely manner. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to follow through with his word that I would have my car done and back quickly. Thank you so much Michael Barr, I appreciate your willingness to work with my issue and make it your priority. You made my evening and weekend so much better because I didn’t have to worry about my car issue at all.
