Benito was very nice. The car was ready very quickly. I’m an 80 year old woman, and I really appreciate the sale price. These are very trying times, and I felt I was in good hands with Benito.

Mr. Perez, I feel lacked customer service and genuine human interaction. However, Manny the supervisor was very kind and I actually felt cared for when I spoke to him. I appreciate Manny and even though i don’t feel comfortable at honda anymore I have been telling people about manny and helpful he is and that is who i would recommend when visiting the service department.
