Our vehicle was returned to us low on oil and coolant. The oil did not even register on the dip stick. The coolant should have been filled to the max line especially after being repaired for a coolant leak. We will not be bringing our vehicle back to Norm Reeves. Cannot be trusted.

Benito did a fantastic job - made sure the fob programming was done quickly and he made sure I got out on time. My new car (got last Friday 4-19) was supposed to come with 2 key fobs and wheel locks. They were missing. I had to contact the sales department often to find out when the key fob was supposed to be in. They did not contact me, I had to contact them. Benito got the sales manager's sign off for the wheel locks that morning -- the sales department was supposed to contact the service department and they didn't do that.
Summary - Benito did a great job and I'm very disappointed in the sales department and will not buy another car from Norm Reeves HB.

They did not reset the tpms sensor, the car keeps indicating that I have low tire pressure, but the report says tires were fine, also they did not even give the car a courtesy wash!
