I didn’t feel the service advisor really listened to me. I told him exactly where the wheel lug lock socket was in the truck but they didn’t rotate my tires because they couldn’t find it I also asked home for the price to get a new key made, he gave me the labor cost but never found out the cost of the key itself or the total cost He did take the tire rotation cost off the invoice

Richard was great & empathized with me as my last experience was less than satisfactory. While I completed a survey, I never heard a word. I even followed up with a couple phone calls that went nowhere. Richard heard me out & made me feel validated. I’d still like to be heard by management, which he understood, & plan to continue trying to elevate my concern. Keep in mind, sometimes people just want to feel heard

The work is being done incredibly slowly. The car still has problems, the issues persist, and they still haven't been resolved. I am very dissatisfied.

My service advisor, Mr. Ramirez, is excellent, but whoever works on my vehicle forgets or breaks a part. My filter cabin door tab was broken so the part was left on the passenger side floorboard and when it was replaced the glove box wasn't installed it was also left on the floor. I worry to come back there and finding something more serious done or not done to my vehicle. It's an inconvenience have to come back to correct a problem and at the very end, I had to install my glovebox.
