Norm Reeves Honda had great service! Andrew explained everything thoroughly to me and I had no issues with getting my car fixed. I would go back to Norm Reeves Honda next time for any service or when it's time to get a new car

He said 1 or 1.5 hours and it took 2.5, and I had to check in a couple times and both times he was away so I talked to someone else but it seems like it would have been longer if I hadn’t done that. Then I got it the car and the settings were all changed. I would still rate it 3/5 though because everyone was nice so that helps, and I’m glad they were able to do the work.

The service and customer service is always excellent and there are times when your people go a little bit extra and I’ve always appreciated it this time. I had an issue with one of the panels on the back passenger side and we’ve had it repaired, but my husband put some duct tape and when they fixed it, it was still that little residue from the duct tape. I would’ve really appreciated it if someone would’ve put some water on it just to clean it so that it would look nice after the repair that was just one little extra step that probably would’ve took about five minutes to do with the money we pay those little extra steps mean a lot
