My service was unscheduled, my change oil notice came on the night before .I arrived at your store without an appointment first thing in the morning and was taken right away. I was out of there by 09:30 and on my way home. John was so helpful from the start to finish. We finalized my maintenance to be done on my car for the 19th this month. Since buying this car have done all my maintenance at your store and look forward to continuing this. Thank you !!

They tried to sell me everything under the sun pluss low ball a offer for my car. You wille not see me again. They don't do that in Idaho.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent service experience on 02/07/2026. I scheduled an appointment to address two safety recalls, specifically requesting a loaner vehicle since the car was to be held all day. I was denied a loaner, despite this being a manufacturer warranty issue.
Upon arrival, I was informed that a necessary part for one of the recalls was not in stock and would need to be ordered. This is unacceptable for a pre-scheduled recall appointment. I dedicated an entire Saturday to resolving these issues—an inconvenience caused by a manufacturer defect, not my own doing. To be told I must return and "waste" another day due to the dealership's lack of preparation is a failure in service.
At this time, I have no intention of returning to this location. Hyundai was afforded the opportunity to rectify these safety issues and failed to do so properly. I expect better coordination and respect for my time.
This was also the second failure by the service department to provide satisfactory service. The initial delivery of the vehicle when I purchased it was poor (delivered dirty) and I had to take it back to have this rectified. Again, an entire day wasted.
