He initially helped me and offered to waive the diagnostic fee, then left and assigned me another representative who helped me with a small discount. Besides, the problem recurred in less than a month and now it cost over $2,000. I can't afford $3000 in less than a month. Im not going back with you guys. Bad service. I spend on this car more than $10,000. In less than 3 year. Someting happen with my car and I'll find out what's going on.

I drove 30 minutes to the dealership to have a recall taken care of, but the parts were not available and have to be ordered. So now I have to wait a few weeks and drive back. The service dept. knew what campaign I was coming in for, so should have had me wait until the parts were available.
