I left my car at 10am and still had to call back at 450pm to make sure that my car was going to be ready before closing. Not only that but when I was told that the car wash was broken I asked if I could get the car charged instead and he said yes he could do that. I also asked if they would be able to drill the holes in the front of the car to add the front license plate as I had already received a fix-it ticket and I didn’t get the car with the front frame installed. He also said yes… when I finally came int at 545pm to pick up my car before closing, both of those things were not done. Not only that, but even during the day I received a text from someone else asking if I wanted to make an appointment for my recall without realizing my car was already there getting serviced. Considering I had the day off to fix this recall, it was disappointing how inconvenient it was because it was not a routine maintenance or something caused by me.

I dropped off car for diagnoses and got call back same day. I decided to proceed and was promised that car will be ready for pick up Saturday by 3 pm. Received phone call at Saturday at 3:30 pm saying they did not get to finish my car. After i was upset got phone call from u guys saying they can give me car loaner cuz i was cover by warranty. Got there at 4 pm and found out no one even started work on my car. Car was parked across the street from dealer on parking lot. Finally got car on Monday 5 pm. Very unprofessional.

Certainly appreciate Candice. She’s always joyful and helpful. I do prefer to receive any recommended service in writing, oppose to a link. Also, would be great if you offered some discounts for seniors on a fixed income. Other Hyundai dealers offer great discounts but I refuse to take my car there. Prefer Cerritos. Thank you.

I bought my car from your dealership about a year and a half ago. Due to previous bad experiences at Honda service centers, I came to your service center today and had an appointment for 9:30 AM, but it was changed to 10:00 AM. Furthermore, the technician was completely unhelpful. When I told him there was a problem with my car's hood, he told me I needed to go somewhere else. I asked him to talk to his manager to fix it, but he said, "I don't talk to my manager, go talk to her yourself," and that he didn't want to deal with that woman. He treated me disrespectfully and dismissed me. This situation frankly upset me greatly. I have never encountered such a low-quality employee and service attitude at such a large-scale service center. I am considering never choosing your service center again. Your technician was also very disrespectful. He constantly tried to sell me things, mentioning that my tires were faulty and similar issues. When I told him my hood was broken, he said they couldn't fix it and told me to get it done somewhere else. He knows my car is still under warranty.

3 hours for an oil change, gentleman handed me keys, truck was still in the back of the mechanic work area,had to ask them to pull it out. Thank you Isaiah for the help however just wish service would have been a bit more deliberate.

I received outstanding service by service technician Ram Diego! Ram was very professional, courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. If I were his employer I would put him in for a promotion and raise!!
