The problem with the 12volts outlet not working WAS NOT FIXED. It was not looked into and when I asked they said Marlen had not written it down BUT she did cause I saw it in the copy she gave me.

Unexpected,the young Technician (Chris) arrived to my 2005 Honda Accord as I was about to drive ???? Home! He praised the well-kept condition of the Honda he SERVICED this afternoon. He mentioned my 20 year old Accord will last a long time (with the regular maintenance services)!
