I have second problem, w/ rear camera, that is covered by a recall. Please persuade FORD to repair/complete the recall quickly and in a timely manner. As, it has linger for months. Thank you. You have my number

An issue that had taken a month to resolve with my car, Jessica was able to assist with a solution.Shortly after speaking with her and a sales representative name Michael, I went to verify if my EV would charge at a public station, and it worked!
