I could not believe I had to wait for over 15 minutes after I sign all my paperwork to telease my vehicle.
This was totally unacceptable, and as I waited, I thought I would never recommend Norm Reeves Hyundai to any friends or relatives!

Ramiro was very nice but the service was unreasonably slow. I had an appointment at 12:30pm and my car wasn’t ready until 4pm. It was just a simple oil change. I missed my son’s basketball game because of it. I’m so disappointed and frustrated that I’m contemplating on not buying another Honda after mine is paid off. I’ve had 3 bad experiences so far with getting my oil changed at your dealership. The other two times I never got a call or text when my car was ready and waited easily over 2 hours.

My husband looked at the bill and some of the services were not needed. He felt I was taken advantage of being a female. Didn’t need wheel alignment and the filters can be self installed for 1/3 of the price.
