Valerie Machado provided excellent customer service! She helped me with my car’s factory recall for the seat sensor and made the whole process easy. She patiently explained the different types of engine oil and vehicle fluids and showed me how to check them properly. Valerie is very knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping her customers. I highly recommend her!

Knows how to take money, but doesn’t hold accountability for the damages and wouldn’t do anything about it at Norm Reeves Honda West Covina. Giving a $20 dollar off for damages on the infotainment system.
