Mike came out to greet me almost immediately. Very friendly. Went over everything that needed to be done on my car. He kept me up to date with all the repairs being done. 5 stars for this guy.

Absolutely love and trust Norm Reeves Cerritos Honda service center! Julie is quick and knowledgeable when it comes to keeping you up to date on service and is extremely helpful via push notifications on when your oil change is due and getting you in for service.
Massive shout out to Anthony who took the time to thoroughly check out and solve the issue I was having with my Apple CarPlay via wireless dongle.
Thank you Mike for having such a wonderful team and providing such a great experience for what others may dread.

I felt I was completely blindsided by the total cost of the basic work
Parts $99. Labor: $489.45!!!! Also. My appointment was at
10:00. Car wasn't ready till after 4:30pm. Totally unacceptable!
