Took in my car for a simple 10,000 mile inspection at 8AM on a Saturday. I called numerous times after 1PM since I didn't hear back with a status on the car. They never called back or texted. I had to go in person on Monday afternoon to speak someone. Only to be told that their phone system is not the best and they don't receive calls. Unacceptable.

I had an excellent experience at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. I came in with an issue on my 2023 HR-V involving the Honda Sensing safety systems, and the team was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was taken care of at no cost, even though my warranty had technically expired by time.
Their customer service was outstanding — patient, respectful, and truly willing to help. I really appreciate the honesty and the effort they made to resolve my situation. It gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership for their service and care.

I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and also asked to replace the bulb in my passenger fog light. That’s it. Then I get my car and noticed the headlight on my passenger side no longer work in concurrent with the fog light. All lights work but not working properly. I had to inspect that myself. I even showed the advisor before I left toe parking lot and he told me the light “coincidentally went out and needs to be replaced.” I buy a replacement bulb, go home to do it myself to find out the light works fine but no lo internet with the fog light. The service teams does all the diagnostics to determine what additional services my car needed which I declined. Then you give me a report saying my lights are checked green when in fact one headlight no longer works properly in the midst of my fog light being replaced. I know for a fact both my headlights were working and the driver side fog light. But then the service team messed up the lighting to the point I have to pay $190 diagnostic fee for a mistake that was caused by YOUR team. Extremely upset. Advisor just tells me they don’t do any diagnostics but then you give me a list of things I should get done based on the service teams recommendation? Doesn’t make sense. Not a world class performance you seem to say. Absolutely disappointing and ridiculous service.

Ramez was very professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I appreciated that he explained every step along the way and even checked my car’s repair history to help me decide what repairs I needed, and he explained the prices for each repair. No pressure at all. Thank you.

I went in for an oil change. It took longer than they said it would. When I was almost home the light came on that all four tires needed air and then be recalibrated……so back to the service department

I went in for an oil change and come to find out that my oil pan cover wasn’t put back properly and was missing screws to hold it in place. Which caused it to start hanging from underneath the car and scrapping on the ground. How are we unable to successfully complete a job as simple as an oil change, this is unacceptable. Now I have to continue to drive without an oil pan cover or if so continue to drive with it scraping. What if I needed something more severe like new brakes or new tires ? Will the tires be bolted on right now? Or will I need to worry about my wheel flying off while driving. I want to continue to service with you guys but this needs to be accounted for immediately. Thank you.
