My car was finished and parked the service tech brought the paperwork and my keys in, I seen him do it I waited 5 minutes 10 minutes then 20 minutes . And no one came to get me so then I got the text that my car was ready so I got to the service podium and ask about my car and no one knew anything I told them my car has been ready and parked for 25 minutes how long those it take to check me out ? I’ve never had any issues before but this today was ridiculous

Something felt off when I brought my car in. The usual professionalism and attention to detail that I have come to enjoy from Norm Reeves wasn’t there at all. Maybe it was the rain that day, maybe it was that the usual members of the team that I’m used to seeing weren’t there to keep up the spirits. I don’t know.

I was seen and processed quickly. I thought the repair would have at least a couple hours of labor and cost several hundred dollars. Mildly surprised when the repair was done quickly and at much less cost. This tells me the dealer shop is honest and not out to gouge the customer.
