Manny provided great customer service and provided great communication. Manny informed me of an approximate time of service completion and explained my options as far as waiting at the Honda center or utilize the shuttle to visit the Cerritos mall.

Very disappointed Denise did not care to return my call or make things right. She told me she had everything taken care of and when I picked up my vehicle, I paid a different price than the original Voice Memo that was sent. I also called Larry to contact supervisor and never got a return call very upset because I spent hundreds of this location very unprofessional! Will not be returning for next service.

I was very happy with the service I received from Robert Gonzalez. He has helped me twice with two different issues, and both times he resolved my problems quickly and professionally. Even when there were inconveniences, he was very accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service. I left feeling completely satisfied and happy.
