Genaro greeted us with a very friendly and professional manner, answered all of our questions, showed us where the waiting area is, and reviewed our final paperwork with us. We definitely felt like we were taken care of and now have a contact person at the service dept. should we need further assistance.

When the car was drop off In the morning I was thinking I was getting my car back that same day no one told me Inwas getting my car back till the next day .And that was a problem because ai was left with out a car and I had to work .They didnt say anything to be or offer a rental .Witch that was the right thing to do .Also the next day I couple and left couple messages to dennise to check status on my car and she never got back at me .After all I was not satifisted withbthe customer service .
