My vehicle had been taken in twice for a serious malfunction, and after my car being in the service center for almost 30 days in December 2024, they couldn’t find out what was wrong and said they thought it was a one time occurrence. When it happened again this week, after 24 hours they called and said they couldn’t find anything wrong even though I showed them pictures of all the lights on my dashboard. I lost complete control of my car including the steering. I made it very clear, for safety issues I will not be picking up the car until they can tell us what’s wrong. They didn’t find anything in 24 hours and expect me to jeopardize the safety of my family and go pick up the vehicle and wait for this to happen again, after something much more serious can happen. I’ve already reached out to corporate and have a case number. I will also be contacting an attorney tomorrow. This is terrible service and will never be using this dealership again!

I had a great experience at this Honda Cerritos . Trevor was so nice . He listened to my concerns and explained to me the job that was done , what was needed and made sure I knew what my options were . I will being coming back to see Trevor to get my car issues addressed. Thanks Trevor for being so professional and for taking the time with me . Trevor is a great asset to Honda Cerritos

Jonathan was excellent but when it came to the service on the car, I am unhappy. I came in with the car making noise and paid over 1,500 to fix it. Came home with the same noise being made. The issue was never fixed and now I will have to come out of pocket to fix a problem that I had already came in to be fixed.

Edwin always delivers top-notch service and it's very personable. Also he keeps you updated on the service of your vehicle and that is much appreciated. Also if you could install an app where you can create your own Playlist in your car it would be very helpful.
