Ivette was great! She explained details well and was understanding of my predicament. I came in for an oil change $69 and ended up getting major repairs instead. Even though it was due, she gave me the regular coupon discounts and per my request, asked manager, Jason, if he could help a little more since my bill was over 4k. He did and I really appreciated it. I have been a customer of Norm Reeves HB for years and love your dealership. If and when the time comes, I will buy my next Odyssey with you. It's difficult to get ahold of people like Enrique when you have questions about anything. You press option 2 for service department and the call goes nowhere. Then the rep tells you he will call you and doesn't call me. Enrique is the first individual I have had problems with not calling me back when he told me he would. Service from techs are great. Did good job on new gaskets on motor. Just your labor charge for transmission was too high. Went with lower cost mechanic. Teach Enrique to call people back when promised and your service department will be okay.Due to the transmission problem with Kona at 108,000 miles, I probably will not buy another Hyundai.

When picking up my car, i had to ask about service done to car. No explanations given as to what was what or why it was done. Not even the asked if I had any questions. I dont know who checked me out, i waited till someone was avail. Other than that everything else was great
