Joseph is attentive and very polite. He keeps me updated and explains in detail what is happening. I took my car last week for oil change and had to bring it back as it was leaking oil on my driveway. Apparently the seal wasn’t tightened and Joseph explained what they had to do to adjust it

Adrian was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly and set the expectation that he would call within two hours to provide an update, which he did right on time. He also followed up promptly with additional information and updates. Additionally, he assisted in arranging a rental vehicle, knowing that I would be without my car for four days. Candice Roxas was very polite and informative. It was a pleasure dealing with her I was highly satisfied with her response time to questions I had which was very helpful.
