I paid over $400. Today for service, salesman told me (Ayed Abusaad) if I traded for a 2026 they would pay my service charge for today on my 2024 Forester. Later today when I said I would trade, he said he did not say that.

Ramiro estuvo muy bien,me ayudó mucho,muy servicial.me gusto su forma de ayudar.me estuvo llamando para mantenerme informado,desafortunadamente el salió unos días de el trabajo.las personas que quedaron no fueron tan eficientes como Ramiro.
Yo llamé para confirmar el cambio de bujías y la ignition coil,llamé para preguntar si mi crv estaba lista
Y me dijeron que si ,pero no le cambiaron las bujías e ignition coil. Me dijeron que si quería me las cambiaban al otro día ,yo dije que no porque yo ya había dicho que si ,pero no lo hicieron.me pareció muy poco profesional que no hayan hecho el trabajo completo

Was very unhappy with the representative that helped me. I did not like the fact that when I got my car back, it was very dirty on the dashboard. I took my car to get something done was yet not completely done so with that being said, I graded you as an F and I will let my friends and family know that I will never go to this place again but buying another dealership for maintenance on my car.

When i arrived to get my service done. I informed Joseph, my service agent thst my doors are special doors and need to be careful when opening, he said that he would we relay the message to thr honda team. 2 days later upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, my driver er side door was extremely damaged , the finder was bent and pushed in. My door was forced open, resulting in me having to enter the passenger side door to access my vehicle. I am extremely upset, and unsatisfied.
