Everything was great except I didn’t receive a call or email my car was being delivered back to me until after it was delivered. Also, my car was not washed.

I had to brink my car back in due to leaking oil on my driveway. Apparently something wasn’t sealed iff

Joseph is attentive and very polite. He keeps me updated and explains in detail what is happening. I took my car last week for oil change and had to bring it back as it was leaking oil on my driveway. Apparently the seal wasn’t tightened and Joseph explained what they had to do to adjust it

Dylan provided first-rate service. He was attentive to my needs & wants, asking appropriate questions. He was prepared with solutions. I really appreciated his anticipating the next steps and explained those clearly.
I felt taken care of and he was a big positive to my day.
