Joseph was very friendly and answered our questions. Some of the employees inside need a customer service refresher course. There were more than 5 people in the service counter space that were chit chatting with each other and others on their cell phones. Not one came up to ask if I needed help. I had to approach the counter and ask for help.

Your team gets a C. Despite having an appointment, the check-in wait time was excessive. Your staff is competent and friendly, but lacks enthusiasm. The service was adequate, nothing more.

Candice is an excellent service representative. Conversant, efficient and a good communicator. All went well. I would hire her in my medical practice - if I hadn't retired. Her customer relation skills are excellent . Please communicate this evaluation to her. She deserves an applause card.

Got help from Benito, he is nice and helpful. This comments to the mechanic Chad maybe he broke or forgot to put back my windshield washer cap. Now i lost the cap and need to look for new one

Everything was great. I just wish the battery I needed had been ordered and ready so I didn’t have to come back for a second appointment, because I specified what the appointment was for when I made it. Denise was very helpful.
