John Beck provided outstanding service from start to finish. He took great care of my car, which had a major issue, and kept me and my sister updated throughout the entire diagnostic process. He was very transparent with the inspection and repair process, and everything was handled professionally. What really impressed me was how much effort he put in, including reaching out and coordinating everything to make sure the repair went smoothly. John went above and beyond by helping with the insurance process, which made everything much easier and less stressful. Thanks to him, my car is now back to normal and running perfectly. I truly appreciate his professionalism, communication, and dedication. Highly recommend asking for John Beck if you want someone who genuinely cares about your vehicle and your situation!

There was a lack of communication regarding the status of my CR-V. It was left for service on Saturday and returned on Thursday, which I understand. However, I did not receive any updates or notifications during that time. I also tried calling several times, but Johathan were not available. Additionally, I was initially quoted a $1,200 bill, but after doing my own research, I found that the issue may be covered under the powertrain warranty. Please improve communication with your customers. Thank you.

Aaron Perez provided truly outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly attentive, communicative, and respectful of my time. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or care. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made the experience smooth and stress free. I’m very happy n grateful to all the people of service department of Norm Reeves Honda. They are all very respectful n kind n most specially very helpful to me as I’m having a hard time to walk, they all offered me a helping hand. I went to this dealership for an oil change I was so upset that after the service was done the alert was still on. I have been to several dealerships this is the only dealership that I have been that they don’t wash the car after each service & the owner of the car has to find their car in the lot. In the other dealership the car is driven in front of the service. Because they are busy they didn’t even bother to wrap the seat to keep it from getting dirty
