Customer service rep who checked me in asked me why I was there for an appointment today. I said for a 10k mile oil change and that my brakes have been making loud squeaking sounds since I’ve purchased my car. Instead of trying to figure out why this might be happening on a “new” from 2025, he proceeded to tell me that “it’s normal for breaks to squeak”.
I then proceeded to let him know that the service rep from your company that helped me prior had acknowledged that this has been an issue with the new land cruisers and that there might be a recall in the future. He then proceeded to check with another coworker who confirmed this and that if the techs found any issues with my breaks than they would be replaced. I have not heard back from anyone on the status of this as the tech assigned to my car was on lunch break and someone else had checked me out.

I have to admit that Valerie Machado had given me the best customer service that I ever received from a dealership service department.
She was very courteous, respectful and very much interested in helping me to servive my car. She also did inform me, verbally and in my paperwork, regarding the different areas of service that my car need. She's a very attentive person.
I will ask for her next time that I take my car for service.

Upon meeting Mr. Barr, he listened to my complete explanation of the services I wanted performed & also the AC problem I was having. He did not interrupt or switch topics. After I got the initial service write-up, I thought there were a couple of errors. He explained the write-up & what each job number entailed. A good listener & explanation are good assets in my view of a service manager.

Yes we we very satisfied the appointment went well and on time, Hannah Martinez was very knowledgeable and so personable , As you know that she is representing your dealership and I must say that you have a good employee that was my first point of contact , so I was very satisfied for sure !????????

No worries. A little disappointed service techs could not replicate the steering issue, which seems fairly distinct and constant to me. But there was no charge so it's not a big deal.
