First time taking my car in for recall, vehicle sat for 4 hours, no work done when I picked up vehicle. Second time taking my car in, I had to call out of work because they would not provide a COURTESY vehicle. After holding my car for the entire day, they THEN decided I may have a rental car. I also had to pay $75 to ensure I wouldn’t be liable for any scratches/damages that could’ve happened for the 1 whole day I needed the car. The Gentleman, Pablo, had great customer service and was extremely friendly, it was just the overall experience that was absolutely shocking

I have to admit I was having a bad day and not in the best mood. My mom had passed away. Jonathan was doing his job and I was not as polite as I should have been. I didn't have my current coupon with me and after a little back and forth he did honor the coupon price

I asked specifically to get the starter replaced on my vehicle because I’ve been having intermittent starting issues, but was charged only for a battery test. In the end I was charged $200+ only for a diagnosis and recommendation to replace battery. Also, Richard assisted me and is very nice and helpful to interact with in person. But it would be nice to get updates on the status of my vehicle as the day progresses. It was radio silence and had only got a text that my vehicle was ready 15 mins before the service center closed.

Norm Reeves Honda in HB is where I bought my car and the only place to service my car. I consider them to be my Formula One pit crew. Someday when I come across some money, I think I’ll have them custom install a brand new 6 cylinder crate engine from Honda.
