I was a walk in no appointment. I received fast service, a courtesy ride home and everything was smooth and fast. No unexpected problems were found and I was treated very well. Thank you for the excellent service.

I’m so thankful for Joseph. I had to take 4 of my kids to a doctors appointment. He was able to assist me with a car rental to take my children and his completed my service prior to the quote time. World class service!!!

Today 3/24/2026 invoice # 1045428 service advisor Angelo. After 20k toyota care maintenance service completed, I sign papers and get keys to my Tacoma. It is parked but I see hood cracked open, so turn around to inform Angelo. Angelo accompanied me to Tacoma where we open hood and oil cap not placed. Oil cap sitting on top of radiator and near hood latch. Oil is splashed all over hood. Angelo took back to shop to have it reinspected. I was furious. What if I did not notice the hood being slightly opened and drove it home in that condition? The technician # 1777 Christopher. This is careless service. My customer # 671196.

George was very attentive, he made sure I had a vehicle to be able to pick up my kids. I have come to this cerritos honda multiple times and have had different advisors but none have been as helpful as George. I will be asking for George to be my advisor for all future appointments.
