I just purchased a 2026 Outback and brought it in to have mud flaps installed. Everyone I dealt with was sonkind & helpful. Seth is amazing!

After getting the run around for a windshield chip fill. I took the time off work to go and get literally one picture taken. Then the person that was there said I could have taken a photo and sent it myself instead of taking time off work. So we made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 8:30 because apparently that is the only time the person that does the windshields is there, specifically from 8:30-9:30. So my dad took my car, thanks goodness. I get a call from my dad at 8:45 that they are going to take him home and keep the car because they can’t work on my car until 10am. What an inconvenience!!! So they then I get a call the car is done and I’m like what am I supposed to do with that information the person that took the time to take my car for me is no longer at the dealership. So they sent a car to pick up my dad, thankful for that at least. Then when I get home from work I go look at the fill, horrible job ! Very disappointed with the way that it looks. Very disappointed in the service. I would expect better service from Honda.

I don’t usually request a service advisor but if I did I would definitely pick George. He was very helpful from the beginning in to explaining the type of service my vehicle needed and even showing me why it needed. Also made it very easy for me to pick up my car after hours with the sales department.

Javier provided excellent customer service. My car had multiple services and was out in a timely manner. My car feels like a champ.

Crystal is a very nice young lady helpful honest she knows what she's doing she helped me through the process of getting my truck repaired which I really appreciate it You need to give this young lady a raise The repair it was done on my truck seems to be done correctly I have no problems it runs well and needed a new catalytic converter with you has a company replace I appreciate it thank you very much sincerely Donn F
