The team was excellent! I would definitely go back if necessary. Hoping I won't have to though. Only thing I thought was off was the cost of the tire replacement, but service helped ease the pain a bit.

I was quoted a price for a repair to which I agreed but went to pick up the car and the price was almost double. Also, we had an alignment done, but it still feels the same. Additionally, we were told that our rotational tires were installed backwards and that the two tires on the right side of the car were rotating the wrong direction which contributed to their untimely wear. We were told the tires are at 3/32 and 4/32 and that we should replace them immediately. We declined replacing them at Honda and took the car to the tire shop they were installed at. We were told they do not need to be replaced. All of this makes me wonder if we even needed the repair we had done at Honda because they were so wrong about the tires.
