I recently visited Norm Reeves Lincoln Cerritos for a tire replacement after a nail punctured the sidewall. Francisco & team provided excellent customer service throughout the process. He was professional and helpful, and he made sure the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciated the smooth experience and great communication. Thank you again!

Martin was great, very helpful and great communication throughout the day.
Other service members were not as professional and one of the greeters drove my car into the service center without putting on a spare tire first. The tire blew out on the freeway and I had the car towed in. This seemed ridiculous because the tire was completely removed from the rim. Also, another female service center member was pretty aggressive in her tone. We are not used to that as I previously used the Metro Honda center and all staff are extremely pleasant and professional.

Is difficult to have to make review on a questionnaire.
The service mt Far provide to me is great I trust him I don’t have any negative comentario and believe me if I did I would not wait I will complain in persone, of course I wish your prices warent that high specially with regular customers but I think it have nothing to do with him . Listen to this every time I make and appointment I ask for him because I’m comfortable with him he is polite, he is respectful, he explain things to me and his answers make me feel comfortable that I making a good decision going to Norm Reeves Toyota, please no questioners I already spend a few hours with you guys so please don’t exaggerate ok thank you and good night

This is my 4th Honda but my first time with Norm Reeves HB and I Am loving the service, attention to detail and especially the people. Tony was very helpful and assisted me quickly. ???? satisfied!
