Today, my car was promised by 11am. I dropped off my car at 8:15. I did not receive my car until after 11:40 I find it ridiculous that it took that long (almost 4 hours) for only an oil change. Not only that but the communication was horrible, I asked for an update multiple times and also never received a call or a text when my car was ready, it wasn’t until I went to ask for another update. I have been going to this location for many years and also taken my car for service on busy days for the location. Knowing that it was not too busy I am very disappointed of how long I had to wait.

Rudy was great. The backup camera is terrible, night time very dufficult to view. I thought it was going to get replaced. It really surprised it wasn’t replaced, my ford edge has had numerous recalls and some get fixed and some don’t

Rosalina is very nice and has great customer service. She’s helped me more than once and it’s had always been a pleasure with her helping me.

The gentleman who assisted me provided me with excellent customer service he was extremely cordial, friendly, supportive and extremely informative. I’m also happy with the auto mechanic because my car is running extremely well thank you for your service. I will continue to schedule my appointment at your facility.

I always receive quality service from Toyota. And I’m always pleased how Robert Farr goes out of his way to be helpful and make sure my car is taken care of. He’s excellent and caring.

It was an unusually long wait (almost 30 minutes) upon arriving for my service appointment, but once Andrew made contact, the actual service proceeded fairly quickly. I appreciate his being well-informed about service procedures.

I have been to your service department 4-5 times and have been very satisfied with my advisors. However, this past interaction with Jesus was unacceptable. He is a poor representative for your company. Jesus was condescending, arrogant and sarcastic. He does not communicate well and he does not have the skill set needed for customer service.
