Honda is very lucky to have John Le in the service department. John Le always makes sure my car is up today on all my service. I have been coming to Honda to have my car service by John Le since 2017. John Le over all the years had done excellent job servicing my car. I recommend my daughter to go to John Le. Thank you Honda for having experience employee like John Le representing your Honda dealership.

We are loyal Honda customers, but to be honest, what keeps us going back is our advisor Trevor Rodriguez. He is awesome. He’s humble most of all professional and courteous. He exceeds all of our expectations when it comes to customer service! Honda scored having him on the team

Service was quick and efficient. I needed to replace my tires with a new set of 4, but prices for my size were too expensive and non-competitive with other options. I ended up going to Costco to buy new tires.

I had such a great experience with Pablo Barbosa! Being a first‑time car owner, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Pablo made everything easy to understand and guided me through the whole process. He’s attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. I’m closer to Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad, but I’d still come back here because of the service I received.

I had a great experience at the Honda Cerritos service center. Ruben was very polite, helped me right away, and made the whole process quick and easy. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Amazing job, Ruben!
