My car is new and under warranty. Why are you trying to charge me over $300 to fix streaking wipers? Shouldn’t that be covered under warranty? If the wipers on the car I bought brand new 6 months ago aren’t working properly, you should be fixing them for no additional charge, especially when I purchased warranty and the service packet.
Additionally, no one came to talk to me about this. I received a sketchy text asking me to authorize a payment over $300 with no follow up or further explanation. This is a poor way to do business, and I am deeply unsatisfied.

Today was a shameful experience. Poor customer service. The reps I had to deal with were not the ones I’ve worked with ever before. Maybe they’re new. Who knows, but they definitely ruined all the good experiences I alway had with you guys.

Samuel Tung was fantastic! He explained things thoroughly and was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve come here for all maintenance on my car and have always been happy with the service but Samuel exceeded those standards. Honestly, 10/10. Hoping to work with him again.

My service advisor was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even checked to make sure my spare was put away properly and the tire gage lights were no longer on. Vehicle was complete prior to estimated time.

The car was premised at certain time and it was way before, also the price it’s very fair, some other places ( dealers close by) are also Honda and they want to get an eye from your fence just with a oil change, thank you guys, from now and on this it’s my place to do maintenance in my car.

Made an appointment at 9. Said it would take 3-4 hours. I had to call 7 hours later to get an update so I could organize a ride back. Nobody called me to update me. Truck was finally finished at 5. Glad I didn't wait at the dealership like I originally planned. Won't be coming back to this dealership for service.
