I bought a 2016 pilot elite "certified pre-owned" January 2026, and the paint adhesion has an issue and is coming off the roof of the car. Service said they would not do a goodwill service.they said they contacted Corp., but they only called the warenty dept. That's not corporate. Lies!

Karina was absolutely wonderful and treated me with respect and didn't try to rush me in and out. This is my first dealings with Norm Reeves Toyota but I'm so glad I made the move to them after almost 30 years leasing Prius' from E.C. Toyota. I was so disappointed in E.C. Toyota. Was treated badly, was patronized and dismissive. So I went looking for a new dealer and there you were, Karina was also the woman who helped me on my first 5,000 mile servicing. She was really nice and caring on that visit too.
