She kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and taken care of. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how much she genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. She made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and efficient. It’s rare to come across someone who is this reliable and consistent. Rosalina is an absolute asset to this dealership/service department, and I truly believe she deserves recognition for the way she represents the company. If I could request her every time, I would. Trevor provided excellent knowledge and service this trip. I always go with Joseph but I had a early 7 am appointment today and he wasn't there yet. I r4ally enjoyed my experience this time. Also arriving early is the way to go I noticed!
