Benito goes above and beyond. He told me recommended services and I wasn’t sure if they were done at another dealer closer to work. He called them to find out, stayed on hold, and found out I hadn’t had those services done. Exceptional Honda service representative!!

Was all good except-waiting for a cost of additional rim and tire-for my car-did not receive at pickup of my car- so-I called to the service and spoke to a gentleman who said he would follow up on-still have note received—-otherwise service is every good there-pls follow up with -thank you- mike

At the time of purchase of my car I was told that a windshield damage if repairable will be done within one year of purchase. Now when I need to get that done, the people at the service center say that they don't see it in the system and that I have to speak to someone at finance. When I got to the finance department they said the same thing they told me at the time I purchased the car but the service personnel said that he spoke to extended warranty and found no such evidence and asked me to speak to finance again. What I don't understand is that the finance department is just a few feet away and my car was at the workshop for an entire day, how hard is it for the two of them to coordinate and fix this issue? Is the customer expected to run around and coordinate such a thing and even though I tried twice I ended up with the same answer. Just felt scammed.
