First, Candice is an awesome and friendly service advisor. Very welcoming and good at explaining things. The oil change was done in a reasonable time while I waited. The waiting room is nice and nice to have coffee provided.
The problem is when leaving, I had several fresh grease spots on my center console. Those should have been caught before I received my car. I scrubbed it to get most of it out and can barley see it, but I know it’s there and should have never happened.

Communication on what service I was receiving was really bad. I have a Toyota care plan, I believe the 30k mile service was done but I’m not sure because something I know is included here tried charging me to do. My questions weren’t clearly answer either.

Benito was so nice when I came in, he made my son and I feel so welcomed, showed me the children’s waiting room you guys have and offered us a snack which was nice. Gave in in-depth info on my car and what type of maintenance my car needed, was fast and to the point great costumer service and great person’ only person I have come across here to make both my son and I feel welcomed to the max! Thank you Benito, hopefully you can help me again when I come back!

I am not sure if this can be fix or address. This is my second time getting an oil change. After arriving home and looking under the truck. I noticed the oil spray all around the oil filter and this time one droplet on to my driveway. I had to mop it up and wipe the oil filter clean. Not a big deal since I know how to clean it. But for those who don't then it's just going drop more into driveway. I think reason is that the oil filter is fill with oil before installing it and it is recommended to prefill with oil. This creates residual over the top of the filter. When driving on the highway the speed and draft pull it out and spray over the filter. Thus, I think the only way to solve this probably has to drive it on the highway and clean it again thereafter before returning to the owner. Just my observation and reasoning.

Dissatisfied with the recent service performed at your shop . High charge for the service and repairs done incorrectly. I expected professional and reliable work for the amount paid.
