Service Advisor talks to customer like “they are buddies “ . This is the norms and it’s so toxic. All of them must be send to a customer service training.

The service advisor was great my issues was with person who initially made my appointment over the phone , Due to not a complete follow through I wasted a Saturday and time from work ... Appointment was rescheduled but this was not a great customer service experience.

Communication on when my car was ready didn’t happened. I waited for over 5 hrs. I had to go back to the shop to see if it was ready. Up to today haven’t heard if the insurance plan covered the service.

I stayed 4 hours 30 minutes for service.
It is really long time even i scheduled my service.
And I want simple maintenance service.
But your service man recommended more service.
So I paid $665.00.
I am not sure extra service is really necessary for my car.
