Very knowledgeable, professional, & thorough

What a Tuesday it was for me in the morning. My vehicles tires are low profile tires and I didn’t notice that I was running on a flat. The car did not notify me about my tire needing air so the tire was gone. Honda came to my rescue and slapped the dummy on and I drove to Norm Reeves Honda, where Miguel Cabrera took me in without appointment. He took my car in and was done in less than one hour. I was content and amazed how fast they worked to get my car ready. Thank you Mr Miguel Cabrera for such an outstanding job perfectly done. I truly appreciate you and thank you for helping me.

Pablo was so helpful with explaining everything that needed to be done. Also, he was very patient with getting the Lyft home and back. He’s very efficient and explains all that needs to be done very well.
