I am happy with John Bautista. He is very helpful. However, I believe every single time you change a tire, you should also check the sensors. To have to return a week later because sensor light goes on and pay again for sensors to be assessed and pay again for labor to install new ones is ludicrous. It should all be part of the service to check both tires and sensors at time of visit. The exorbitant charge for four sensors to be replaced is THREE times what I paid elsewhere to get new ones and have them programmed. That is why I did not give you my business for this task.

The service was good all around. I just wish Honda World didn’t treat me as the enemy last time I was there, aside from one person. And I guess it’s time I realized I got an economy car, even if it was the top model. That means the implementation of some of the electronics could have been better (parking sensors, apple CarPlay, even the AM radio). If I get a next time, I should look at Accords.
