I waited for 2 hours for my LOF to be done. It was not completed by this time. I needed to leave and asked Rosalina to let me know when my car was ready. She sent me a text 4 hours later, but at that point I could no longer pick it up. I came back the next morning. It would have better if she had let me know earlier that they were behind schedule. When I was inconvenienced by having to come back there was no service recovery/ compensation for my time.

Pablo was great. Explained what could wait for later, I didn’t feel pressured. I will ask for him again with our other car comes in for service. Very polite and courteous.

Hi Genesis!
First off, wow. Your Cerritos location extremely exceeds your Corona location. I’m greeted even before I get out of my car and assisted immediately. I’d like to say Edwin is very personable and remembers our conversation from my prior visit. Small things like that really make such a big difference. I’m telling all my Genesis friends to come to the Cerritos location now because of such awesome service! Thanks Edwin for taking care of my gv70!

The time as promised came much earlier with a text. I missed it though thinking that it was going to be with a phone call but I just missed reading the text from advisor Trevor Rodriguez and I ended up following my car status with my call. Other than that I am very much satisfied with the “early than as promised” service. As before, Trevor did another good servicing job for me.
