service was fine Joseph was A+ my problem is that my car always get service and I was there I believe a couple months before never take my car anywhere else to get service and for some reason it had no coolant I believe that's what they said.. I had no leaks I parked my car in my driveway I think the last time I went they didn't fill it up with coolant but anyway I had to get my car fixed

This was my first visit to Norm Reeves Ford and I was truly impressed with everyone I encountered. Andreas, my service advisor was very friendly, communicated via text regularly and was very professional. I was very impressed when I arrived to pick up my car and he remembered my name. That really put Notm Teeves over the top. I’ll certainly be returning to this dealership for any future needs that I have.

Michael was not able to help me and I requested Julie the supervisor Julie to get me a different service rep.. Thanh completed the transaction professionally, humbly and didn't treat me as an ignorant person.

Clayton has always been my go-to service advisor at this location. He helped me purchase my vehicle and it's nice to have someone that has followed alongside its maintenance and history. Clayton has been nothing but a pleasure to do business with and I appreciate his assistance in my first new car purchase experience.

Service was friendly, respectful and prompt. Text notifications keeping me updated on what's happening with my vehicle including photos and a video walk through were great. Loved that the service appointment was done within an hour. Thanks for getting me in same day and being nice and helpful overall. Everyone else I spoke with there was also friendly and nice.
