Service was good However, the repair was scheduled based on whe you expect the parts. I agreed to a date but then realized I couldn’t. I have left three messages to reschedule but no one has called me back

Kind and helpful rep at the desk. He found out for me what's the type of grease used for the doors. The back door still feels stiff/heavy for me to open and close after Tx. Can anything more be done for easier opening /closing?

Fully aware that the Kona service dept is being staffed by the Hilo gang coming over to help. Just wanted to thank them for making that effort!!! As a long time (7 cars) Subaru owner it’s amazing to know that they’ll go over and above to treat us right. The way Subaru backs up their products is a major reason we keep coming back. Please acknowledge the effort and the work these folks are doing on behalf of Subaru and BI Motors! They deserve some bonuses!!!!!!!!! Mahalo! ~ Bernie ****-****-xxxx

Staff was very helpful and professional. My car was blocked in when I came to pick it up but the ladies in the office helped find the owner to move her car so I could get out! Mahalo!

Lem, for the service department always very professional and accommodating. Kovee is a great salesman, greets me every time I’m there no matter what. Also takes the time to chat with me and see how things are going with my car, very grateful for having me as my salesman.

Customer service guys are always kind and helpful and answer my questions clearly. Appreciate yall. Lemuel was the one helping me this time. He also messaged me with updates and gave me a call as soon as the car was done. All check engine lights are gone, car is running smoothly. Relieved and appreciative.
