Service coordinator should review what service(s) & estimated cost of said service should be disclosed prior to execution of said service. At completion of service, a recap of service done, what to expect & even offer a future appointment scheduled. I work in an industry where customer satisfaction is key to keeping your business successful and profitable!

Our appointment was for 1:30. After 1.5 hours our car had yet to be taken in for service. We had to leave because we were told that they would try to complete service by the end of the day. Our service was for a routine oil change. This was not the first time that this scenario happened. Now we have to take additional time off of work to have the service and we are concerned that this will effect the performance of our vehicle.
