I didn’t receive negative or bad service (but wouldn’t consider this high quality either) just a very different experience than I’m used to as a new 1st time owner of s Subaru (owned Honda & Toyota vehicles previously).

Good service , friendly and approachable staffs except for one thing; wheel lug nut hasn’t changed and was not even mentioned about it as I walk out the door after services’ being done. Just wondering why rustling even rims for an expensive & brand new SUV...
