I was never told there would be a charge to check my battery and I waited almost 2 weeks for an appointment with a dead battery because I thought it was under warranty. Poor customer service and no explanations of possible charges.

Sad part is, appointments mean nothing! I make an appointment, get there on time and am always told people are ahead of me and it’ll be hours.
