We appreciate the service department getting the parts quickly and letting us schedule the appointment before the parts were in. We are also we’re glad we purchased the extended warranty.
Though the service people and mechanics were very nice, I waited 4 hours for a simple oil change and service. I had an appointment for 11:30am and checked in at 10:50am and when I asked the approximate time of completion I was told 1:30 or 2pm. I walked around town until 1:30pm to return to see my car had not even been started on. I then waited another 2 hours (3:30pm) until my car was done. No apology, no explanation. Suggestion: hire more mechanics and communicate on the status with your customers
