I felt that Shayna was very nice & helpful. She is very aware of her job. I wasn't knowledgeable about the strut but I know that when I bought that Subaru forester that I purchased extended warranty long ago which the CNA should have given your company my documents for evidence.

I have always been pleased every time I bring my Subaru in for service. Evois always friendly and appreciative. The work is excellent and completed quickly. I am impressed.

The service was excellent and all my questions were answered. He was professional and friendly. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the service to my car. He also said that if I had any other concerns about my vehicle to please call.
Vehicle services was good but wait time was too long. It is understandable because of the present situation ( Coronavirus).
I miss the red, yellow, green indicators and the format of the previous printout I got back after a service. This new format is much more difficult to get the information from.
Job done well in reasonable time. I liked the corona virus safety measures.
I was kept informed of the status of my service and received a phone call when the service war completed. I appreciated that.
The quality of service was great (oil change, tire rotation, check up) and folks were nice, but I was scheduled for 10:30 am and, when I arrived on-time, told it would be 3-3.5 hours (it was). There was no reason for me to take time off work in the middle of the workday to drop off the car when I could have dropped it off at the end of the workday and still gotten the same service with the same pickup time.
One day service to change all the car fluids, spark plugs and brake check with tire rotation. Nice job. Thanks.

My son-in-law brought it in for me and was very pleased with the service Thank you very much
They took me in at the appointed time, provided me with a place to wait, and completed the job within the time specified. The customer service representative explained everything and was very courteous.
Wish they could’ve done my safety check but I do understand that it’s beyond their control.
