Nice people, courteous and all seem to care about customers; appreciated the waiting area set-up with disinfectants, wipes etc.
Clifford is a very nice person. I did have an issue though. I asked him to make sure that Jospeh did not work on my car because the last time he did (in 2018), he forgot to torque down the plug on the oil pan. He left it hanging loose and eventually all of the oil leaked out. This caused MAJOR issues for me. Clifford said that he would take care of it. When I picked up my car, I learned that Jospeh serviced my car. I asked Clifford about this and he explained that Joseph was the available tech at the time. I expected that Clifford would have handled this situation but he didn’t. He did include my concerns in the service notes however. I’m sure it would have been tricky to juggle the techs in this situation but would you want Joseph working on your car after an incident like that??

I knew it would take a while but I had an appointment for 9:30 am and didn’t leave until well after noon. Also, I came for the recall on rear springs and they looked at it, confirmed they needed to be changed and made a second appointment for me to return to have the work done as parts were not in stock. I thought they would have the parts on hand since Subaru made the recall. Inconvenient to travel so far twice. But the staff is very nice and accommodating and they do great work, so that's makes things better.

I was right in time for my appointment today, but my car sat for at least 1/2 hour after I checked in before being moved. Then 2 hours later, it was brought back out, at which point I thought it was done. But only one of the three things that I brought it in for was done. Then it sat near where I was for another 1 1/2 hours before being taken back to be worked on. I was there for 5 hours, and I know that my car sat for at least 2 hours without being worked on. If you have too many cars for your staff to handle, then you should not overbook.
Aloha, I was very satisfied with how quickly my car was fixed, and everyone I spoke with on bringing my car in, was so very nice to me.
Answered all my concerns, was very friendly, greeted me with warm welcome and a smile, I felt good, under the conditions of our lock down, being welcomed by friendly people.
Was just great to be treated so nicely, even though we all had to wear a mask, being welcomed means allot during these times we are all facing.

I love my Forester, but I’m thinking maybe I want to upgrade to more in an outback with more options since I have the basics in my Forester
I made my appointment at the beginning of Apeil and I was told the repair would taken 2 hours at most. It turned out I had to wait for 4 hours. What's the meaning of appointment for your dealership?
