Your service department for my Subaru today was excellent. Prompt courteous, easy to drop off and pick up, respectful of social distancing standards. Because of hearing loss I asked staff to speak so I coulld see lips, done safely and I felt happy with getting my car serviced. The staff tried to reach me twice to tell me vehicle was ready, but I was at St. Michaels church with phone turned off.

I waited 3.5 hours for nothing. Nothing was done to my car. They didn’t rotate my tires nor did they replace them. The tires were bald and their recommendation was that I shouldn’t drive.???????????????

why nothing was being done and it was an hour
later than I was scheduled.
I’ll have to think about returning or going

This Service Center has radically improved their operation. Totally professional from making an appointment to payment for service!!
If I wear a mask your office people should also. Somebody should wipe down touched surfaces in the auto after it is serviced steering wheel, shifter, emergency brake and door handles.
Stephanie was awesome but oil was 3 hours and we had an appointment.
The work was good but calling to find out what was going on was terrible kept getting the run around
