Personal were pleasant and clear about the service.
But you do need to fix the automated text message that says you can pay online and check out before picking up your vehicle. This function doesn't work

The service side of this dealership continues to need major management attention .Customer attention and service are weak The entire experience from scheduling through performance is abnormally awkward and lacks customer empathy. By far this location falls to the bottom of my rankings chart. I am surprised that three major automobile producers have not taken steps to force improvement.

Stephanie was very nice, friendly and professional. The other staff, (two women at the front desk) were VERY unprofessional and rude. Extremely incompetent. One thing you can count on in the “service“ department is service with an attitude :(

Very disappointed in service, 4 hours for oil change, tire rotation and air filter.
Watching other cars come in and out for oil change + and leave. More that likely will NOT be back. You have a quality product with Subaru BUT Service Technicians not so much. This is second time for service, taking 4 hour on a recall visit.
