We realized that when we were told we need a cabin filter, we would appreciate seeing the dirty filter. Just a simple courtesy that helps in the building of trust as we are just getting to know our service team.
Not a huge deal, we realized as we drove away how much we value that type of exchange—as it is one of the ways shops that get a poor reputation add on services that Can increase sales.
We have no reason to doubt your team, we have been SO satisfied with all the interactions over the last year—we just thought that type of verifying can go a long way, as every dollar matters these days.

My one big complaint with service department is the time it takes even with an appointment. Spent 5 hours plus on this visit. Seems excessive for the work done. Not the first time I have sat there for many hours
Once I got there everything was great. However, it took two weeks to actually talk to anyone to make an appointment. I must have called 5 or six times over that two week period to make an appointment, leaving messages each time because no one answers the phone. They did finally call me back to make the appointment.
Everyone was friendly and I felt I received an honest service .
The wait was about 6 hrs but....John and I went to test drive so he could hear all the noise and rattles. What a nice man.The office girl was very pleasant too. Much mahalo to your service team. Oh..and the guy that was in parts was awesome as well.Mahalo ????

Not satisfied at all. They could not figure out the problem. They did not give me other options. Because of this situation I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
